Μπανάνα: είναι μια πολύ καλή πηγή ινών, καλίου, βιταμίνης Β6, βιταμίνης C, ενώ περιέχει διάφορα αντιοξειδωτικά και φυτοθρεπτικά συστατικά. Με την περιεκτικότητα των ινών διευκολύνει την εντερική λειτουργία. Με τη βιταμίνη Β6 βοηθά στην ομαλή λειτουργία του νευρικού συστήματος. Ενώ λόγω των βιταμίνων ενισχύει το ανοσοποιητικό.
